Following our firm’s success in obtaining the first-in-the-nation stay of a TCPA case pending the Supreme Court’s upcoming review of the constitutionality of the TCPA, on February 25, 2020, another district court stayed a TCPA class action pending the Supreme Court’s resolution of Barr v. Am. Assoc. of Political Consultants, No. 19-631. In Seefeldt v. Entm’t Consulting Int’l, Case No. 19-cv-001888, 2020 U.S. Dist.
